Inviting new users

You can invite up to 200 users to join at once.

All invited users receive an email enabling them to create an account and join your platform. As members, they will have access to all open groups as well as the private groups they have been invited to join. As guests, they will have access only to the groups they were invited in.


To invite new Members,

  • Click the gear icon at the top of the left-hand navigation menu
  • Click on the + Invite members link

  • Enter the users' email addresses
  • Select groups you want them to join (optional)
  • Add a personal message (optional)
  • Click on the Invite button

You can also use the link sharing. To do that, you have to enable the invitation link by clicking the gear icon then on the General link.

Then you can share this link by your own. People who will get the link will be able to sign up and become members of your platform


To invite new Guests,

  • Click the gear icon at the top of the left-hand navigation menu
  • Click on the + Invite guests link

  • Enter the users' email addresses
  • Select groups you want them to join (optional)
  • Add a personal message (optional)
  • Click on the Invite button

Invited users who do not respond to the initial invitation email receive an email reminder at D+1, D+2, and D+7.

If an administrator has required members to have a validated professional email domain, you will only be able to invite users with one of these defined email domains.

If you don't see the Invite users link on the left of the top navigation bar, please contact an administrator.

Depending on your privileges, it is also possible to invite users to join your team within groups.
